Spencer W. Garrett

Spencer was appointed to the NYPD in July 2005 and promoted to sergeant in June 2015. He has served in the 7 Precinct, as well as the Housing Bureau’s PSAs 4 and 5 where he was the SBA delegate.

Spencer received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
